Sophia Marshall

Director, Account Management, Quantitative Science

Sophia has been in the healthcare space for over ten years, bringing 5+ years of experience building biopharmaceutical partnerships and supporting collaborations in model-informed drug development. Before joining MetrumRG, she held account management and business development roles at Applied BioMath, Certara, and BostonGene, working with biotechnology and global pharmaceutical companies across quantitative systems pharmacology, PBPK, pharmacometrics, and AI-enabled translational research.

Sophia works closely with scientific and business teams to understand clients’ development priorities and translate them into clearly scoped collaborations. Her experience spans therapeutic modalities including monoclonal antibodies, bispecific antibodies, antibody-drug conjugates, cell and gene therapies, and small molecules.

She earned her B.S. in Health Sciences, cum laude, from Quinnipiac University. Her earlier experience in direct patient care across various disciplines informs her commitment to supporting science that improves patients’ lives. Outside work, Sophia serves on Quinnipiac’s Alumni Association Board of Directors.
