Principal Scientist II and Group Leader, PKPD

Jason joined Metrum in 2026, bringing over 15 years of biopharmaceutical industry experience in clinical pharmacology and pharmacometrics. His expertise includes the development and application of pharmacokinetic-pharmacodynamic modeling frameworks to support dose optimization and strategic decision-making. He completed a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Pharmacometrics at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and earned his Ph.D. in Pharmacology and Physiology at Drexel University, where his doctoral research focused on evaluation of potential therapeutics in preclinical models of Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy and Spinal Muscular Atrophy.
