Samim joined Metrum Research Group in June 2025 as a Site Reliability Engineer. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Application from Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal. He began his professional journey at Wipro, where he worked as an SRE. During his tenure, he worked extensively on cloud infrastructure management, deployment automation, system monitoring, and cross-team collaboration. At Metrum, Samim is focused on enhancing service reliability, building resilient systems, and ensuring smooth, scalable operations.

Samim is a certified professional with AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, and GitHub Foundations Certified, reflecting his strong foundation in cloud and platform reliability.
