NMQual Technical Support

Metrum Research Group, LLC now offers technical support for NMQual, a NONMEM® installer freely distributed by Metrum Institute. NMQual manages NONMEM® installations on Windows 2000/XP or Linux by incorporating bug fixes and implementing user/site specific changes. It provides a complete, self-documenting record of a given NONMEM® installation for traceability and systems qualification purposes. With NMQual, NONMEM® installation results are easily reproduced across users, sites, and regulatory review authorities.

•  Basic technical support: $295/user/year
For this fixed fee, you will receive email technical support (installation and usage) for NMQual. Additionally, you will be notified of software patches and updates. The number of users is defined as the total number of users running an NMQual-mediated NONMEM® installation. Specific user names and e-mail addresses will be required at time of purchase of technical support.
